Diploma in Physiotherapy

(D.P.T.) is a professional course in medical nursing. The course can be pursued after the successful completion of class 12th in the Science stream. To be more precise, D.P.T. deals with physiotherapy and its allied healthcare areas. The students during their course work learn how to treat patients with physical disabilities and injuries in a range of settings including hospitals, health centres, private practices, and sports clubs. The two-year diploma programme has been designed to produce skilled and qualified professionals capable of carrying out specific tasks to make the lives of patients better. Dealing with topics such as Physical Rehabilitation, Electrotherapy and other modes of helping patients regain physical mobility, Diploma in Physiotherapy aims to produce competent professionals capable of assisting specialists in different medical procedures.

 
 

Diploma in Operation Theatres

(O.T.Technician) is a professional course in operation theatres. The course can be pursued after the successful completion of class 12th in the PCB/PCM stream. To be more precise, O.T. Technician deals with every element of an operation theatre. The students during their course work learn to assist surgeons and anaesthetists in surgical procedures. An operating theatre technician is a professional responsible for the preparation and maintenance of operating theatres and equipment before, during and after surgery. They also assist surgical and anaesthetic teams during surgical procedures and help to provide support to recovering patients. The two-year diploma programme has been designed to produce skilled and qualified professionals capable of carrying out specific tasks to make the lives of patients better. Dealing with topics such as The other factors that contribute to become a successful operation theatre technician are – Clinical and Pharmacological Knowledge, Infection Control Practices, Communication Skills, Behavioural Skills, Quick and alert, Courageous, Attention in detail or Attentive, should be able to comply with the OT Protocols.
